Creation of Séa Informatique by Serge Baccou and Arnaud Bonneville. The company performs LAN & WAN networks installation, training and software development for several businesses.

December 1999

The company changes its business model from value-added reseller to consulting.

June 2005

After 10 years, Séa Informatique changes its name into Baccou Bonneville. Baccou Bonneville proposes consulting and project management in IT and Software Engineering.

December 2006

Baccou Bonneville announces new visual identity with a new brand mark "baccou bonneville consultants", a new slogan "make it strategic" and a new logo.
